John The Plumber

Called John the Plumber at 9:30 AM and spoke to Sydney who provided excellent customer service and was able to book an appointment for the same day. The plumbers were at my door at 11 AM which was incredible! Ryan and Francis could not have provided better service. They were incredible courteous, respectful, kind and helpful. They made sure to go over what needed to be done and what the cost would be prior to getting started, they made sure to keep me in the loop of their process and always happily answered my many questions. They also did an incredible job of cleaning up the space where the issue occurred and even though I had told them not to worry about wiping the floors down, they did so anyway, to my delight ! There was naturally lots of footprints and dirt on the floor while they were working, and they made sure to wipe the floors and dry the space before leaving (as you can see in the images provided). They even took away all of our dirty towels away to be disposed for us. As a first time homeowner, I was very nervous going into this process and I cannot overstate how impressed I was with the level of service provided by the plumbers and the company as a whole. Even the follow up agent Jamie was extremely kind and courteous in all of our subsequent emails. If you’re looking for quick work and impeccable customer service, I highly recommend John the Plumber!

You guys are life savers! Had a plumbing emergency,so I tried your service. The guys showed up promptly when they said they would. They both worked together very professionally, and were great to talk with. The matter was assessed, and repaired quickly. They also cleaned up after. Would recommend and would use your services again.

Ryan and Francis, went above and beyond replacing our water pump and pressure tank. We have a smaller basement with stone foundation and low ceiling. They were able to come the same day and get everything working and set up better than it ever was before. Great job guys 10/10 (pictures are from before repairs)

Ryan and Francis were great! They called and offered to come the afternoon before my appointment time which worked out perfectly. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Extremely helpful to the point where they solved a problem that has been persisting for ages. I’d very much recommend John the Plumber to others and will call you for my next, hopefully in the distant future, plumbing need!

Made an appt with John the Plumber to clear a clogged drain. Arrived on time and did assessment. Price quote $599. The plumber who arrived said this was the industry standard. Not True. A clogged drain is pretty straightforward in most cases and billing is based on hours required to complete the task and not some arbitrary number. They may be great plumbers, highly skilled etc. but I paid their call fee of $89 and had Houle plumbing come and do the work. $175 to Houle's, (quick and efficient response) and I am still under 50% of John the Plumbers quote. The man from Houle's plumbing is very capable and very strait with explanations. Don't want to denigrate John the Plumber but the facts speak quite loudly. I recommend Houle's plumbing based
