Houle Plumbing & Heating

Service next day. Plumber was methodical and had problem solved and repaired within 4 hours. This was a full pump replacement so not a small job. Would recommend and will be my first call for future problems

We had a main pipe to the septic pump from our tenants house clogged on a Friday morning. Even though they were booked up and we agreed to pay double for them to come on the weekend, they ended up saving us a bunch of money and were able to come later that day. They were quick, efficient, and professional. On a day where multiple companies just laughed at me for even suggesting that they could send someone within 7 days, or didn't call me back, or seemed like they just didn't want my business, Houle acted like a real business. Like a business that actually wanted to serve the community or wanted my money in the form of repeat business... I don't care which... but I'll be hiring them again.

Great experience. I was in a bind with a clogged main drain line (roots) that had things backing up into the shower/etc. We have 6 people living in our house & can't be without bathrooms/showers for very long. Houle felt the urgency of my situation & squeezed us into an already busy day. Much appreciated & you now have a loyal customer.....thank you!!!!!

Scheduled power outage on Sunday, and we were able to limp through to Monday morning. I called Houle's and described the issue...when the power came back on, my submersible deep well pump didn't. I thought it might be a relay problem..I had checked the circuit breaker at the main panel, and tried the pressure switches already. Over the phone the gentleman who answered described the issue as very likely a low pressure switch had failed to come back on, and told me how to reset it. (Use the little pressure switch lever and hold the pressure switch contacts for 30 seconds, and the water tank/gauge should indicate water flowing and pressure restored. It worked...we're able to flush toilets, and have drinking water and wash up water again. Thank you for solving my problem without any charge. Honest tradespeople do this sort of thing.

We have used Houle Plumbing for all our plumping needs . They just completed the installation of a new commercial gas stove ,exhaust hood , dishwasher and sink . The quality of workmanship was excellent . Operating a business we greatly appreciate the quick response times and their professional yet friendly service .
