Walker Home Service (formerly TRS Heating & Cooling)

Walker Climate Care is an exceptional company. And our experience from quote with Tony to installation with Ethan, Cody and Jacob was fantastic. When the technicians arrived they were polite, knowledgeable and very professional. The job was completed on time with no issues. We would highly recommend Walker Climate Care for any HVAC needs. We love our Heat Pump system! Sincere Thanks 😊 Dave and Sue

Honestly, it was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. From everything to the first initial call that we placed to Cameron the plumber coming and fixing the issue was second to none. Our families experience was simply amazing. Everyone through this whole process was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Our family is so thankful we found your company and to know that you have our backs if we have another issue is beyond peace of mind. Thanks again so much! A job well done! The Griffins

I had problems with my A/c unit so I called walker home service and set up an appt. for the next day. Devon showed up next day with a handshake and checked out the 25 year old system. He tested the refrigerant and found it to be low but also had the old outlawed r22 which shouldn't be topped off anyway. So I scheduled another appt. For next day to get a quote on a new unit. I must say Devon was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment so 5 stars to Devon and walker climate care.

We had Ethan V, Cody and Ethan W on January 10, 2024 installing our Heat Pump. What absolutely thoughtful, smart young men this trio where. They know their job and explained technical parts of the heat pump. They help setup the ECOBEE thermostat and showed us how it works plus set it up on our phones. Thanks to all three for being so professional we fully recommend TRS for you heating needs and these three for a job well done. Bod & Lynn D

Edward was a great salesman. Very thorough. The initial presentation was a little to long. I suggest looking at the current equipment before making the presentation. It could save some time.
