Sam was excellent to work with. He came within a day of my call to fix a leak in one of my shower pipes. While he was here, he also installed a new shower head, replaced the tub drain plug, and took care of a few other plumbing issues that needed attention. He was professional, reliable, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. His work was clean, efficient, and done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber. Thanks again!

He told me total price would be 300$ plus tax, then price came out to be 500$ plus tax. He wants to maximise his profit as much as he can. He spent 2.5 hours for a seemingly simple fix for a brand new small condo. A sink that was draining slowly. At the end, he gave me a receipt with completely wrong address and wrong name. He corrected my name but address was completely wrong. Asked him to correct the address but no news since then. By the way, I filled a form at home depot and was called by Mr. Sam. I would no longer trust contractors from home depot for my other projects. Reply to owner: I provided a lot of detail about what has happened and I am ready for any challenge that you are threatening in your reply. I have copy of every single communication. I hope everyone sees your behaviour toward customers and makes their minds!

Despite being very busy this week, Sam made time to fit me in for an after-hours appointment the same day to fix the plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom. He was honest, courteous, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. Thank you, Sam!

Great service from Sam today. He was punctual, professional, and quickly replaced my toilet and bidet sprayers. He also took time to explain my home’s plumbing system, offered helpful advice without any pressure, and even fixed an extra issue at no charge. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced—highly recommended and will use the service again when needed.

Had a leak in ceiling in basement. Sam came within hours of being called, made only a small opening in the ceiling and found the issue within minutes. The leak was quickly repaired. Service was very professional, efficient and clean without unnecessary damages. Highly recommend.
