Prima Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Great service, highly recommend if you’re in the market to upgrade your furnace and air conditioning. Excellent installation team very professional. Went with Trane equipment which was highly recommended by a few colleagues and really noticed the difference in our house with the new furnace. Looking forward to having and using the air conditioning unit when the weather gets warmer.

Thank you for sending Brad to install the Navien Tankless Water Heater, Brad was very informative, professional, efficient and extremely helpful.

Speedy response from the Owner via phone calls and text. Technician Andrew was beyond awesome! Super happy with the hot water tank warranty replacement! Thanks Prima!.

Very happy with our choice to go with Prima Plumbing. I had a few emails/phone calls with Dino to discuss our service and felt understood and supported. Andrew the plumber came and fixed something for us very easily. We didn't have the correct part to complete the job, but he directed us to the exact part we needed and educated us on how to install it ourselves after we bought the correct part. We are very happy with our service by Prima Plumbing and I would work with Dino and Andrew again.

Dino and his team (Kieran and Andrew) are professional, courteous, dependable and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to fit me in for an emergency plumbing repair and provided a quick turnaround. I highly recommend Prima Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing and heating needs. I certainly will be a returning customer.
