24/7 Emergency Plumbers Calgary

This company is a bunch of crooks! I googled plumber and they came up. I called. They said they would send someone soon. At no point did they say what their fees would be except the $50 call out fee. That's pretty cheap so I said ok for a plugged toilet. I never saw this company was an "emergency" because what I had was definitely not an emergency. I was told the plumber would quote me on the job before completing. I asked the plumber the cost before starting and he said the company will let me know. That was strange and he started the job without giving me a price. Then, after less than 5 min the plumber was done. I got a call from the company and their total was going to be over $600. Ha! I told the operator all the things that went against what I was promised like knowing the price before starting, etc. She was completely unreasonable and I hung up. This company contracts actual plumbers with their own companies so just go to them instead. They will be honest. The plumber really felt bad. I told the company I wasn't going to pay more than $200 for the lying. The plumber let me know they have to give this "company" 50% of the amount so I felt bad for him and paid $300 so he got something for his time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Crooks! Reporting them everywhere I can.

I just called these guys and it was useless. The guy who showed up was really nice, but he couldn't actually fix my sink which backed up. Then head office charged me $200 and still didn't email an invoice. I still don't understand how you can charge full price if you didn't fix the issue. I do not recommend. I should have checked the reviews because clearly other people have had this exact thing happen.

Do not recommend. This is not a professional business. The plumber put minimal effort and told us we need to call someone else. The customer service representative was rude and the bill was atrocious. Update: We had a reputable plumber in the next day and he was able to identify the issue immediately. To charge someone a call out fee of $50 plus $200 for nothing is unacceptable.

If I could give less I would. Stay away from this company I also say like the others have written here. My elderly parents 76 and 85 called them, not checking their reviews. They had the contractor come in. They came in quickly. They also told my mother that there would be a $50 fee just to come visit. They never told my parents what the cost of the work to be done would be and if she approved. My parents also didn’t think of it that they didn’t ask them if they approved the service to take place. They went ahead and did the work and the asked for payment. They had no idea what the cost would be. They asked for $625 for less than 30 minutes of work with a snake. I tried to call the company asking to speak to a management team. I emailed them, but have not received a reply yet. I left a message to the person who answered, who did have notes on my parents account/ file, to do the right thing and return some of the money. So unfair to do to elderly senior citizens who are in such a tight budget. Shame on them. Scamming people, and seniors on a fixed pension. Do the right thing and charge the fair amount and return the money. You can still do the right thing. Awful!

Never ever call this company by mistake. They have started $50 service charge and then ended up in $450 charge for a simple leak fix.that can go up to a maximum up to a $150 and they have threaten me with a $200 charge if I back out without engaging them.this happened on September 19 th 2025.So be AWARE this company.
