Lone Star Plumbing and Heating

What a great experience! We called about a week ago to have a bbq line hooked up at our new place, they got back to us right away with a great quote. Setting up a time for installation was easy, they were on time and the new line looks great. Our technician Matthew was friendly and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even fixed something our builder had missed! I would absolutely recommend Lonestar to anyone looking for gas fitting needs!

We recently had a new power vented hot water tank installed by Lonestar replacing two standard venting tanks. We have used them before for previous plumbing work, and they were able to fit us in quickly when we requested the install. They provided an estimate via email after seeing photos I had provided of the old setup. We found they carried out the install of our new hot water tank in a proffesional manner. Jasmine in the office was very helpful and we found the attending plumbers, Jude, Macen and Daniel, were courteous and careful whilst carrying out the work, especially wih hauling the two old tanks out and managing to get the much larger new tank down into the basement without damaging any of our property. I have no problem with recommending them for this kind of work.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lonestar multiple times over the past five years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. From residential hot water tank installations to complex commercial natural gas line runs, their team has always demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Their work is reliable, clean, and completed to the highest standards. I highly recommend Lonestar for any plumbing or gas fitting needs. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I moved to a condo a few months ago and we wanted to install hand-held showers. Through a recommendation from someone in the bathroom accessory business we contacted Lone Star Plumbing. We are so happy we did! Our first contact person was Jasmine who researched the necessary parts and booked our appointments. She was courteous and efficient. Grant was the plumber who came and did the work for us. Grant was punctual, answered all of our questions and knew what he was doing. Lone Star Plumbing will be our choice for all our plumbing needs from now on!

Really disappointed with how quickly this company has gone downhill. We have used them for years and years and was shocked at their last visit. It will be our last time working with them- they failed to provide satisfactory service, but almost worse, they aren’t doing anything to make it right. - asked them to come out and change a faucet. When the plumbing professional arrived, he said he would install the faucet. After 2 1/2 hours, he left, and acknowledged he hadn’t finished the job- his work leaked. - one month later I received an invoice for the time. Nearly $900! This is really too bad because they used to be a company that stood behind their work and "did what they said". If you value your time and money- consider going elsewhere!
