Booking sucks, no one cares. Not a company I would recommend. I hate being forced to use them and wish I could choose my own. Let's see how the tech does... may update this

Very disappointing. The driver of an A&B Plumbing vehicle showed little regard for others on the road. If that's how the company is represented in public, it doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of service they provide!

I have used A&B plumbing a few times now. Recently I had them install a garage heater for me. The service was out of this world, right from booking my job in with Chantel, to Stephan doing the work for me. I thought I would have to wait a week or so to get booked in, Chantel got me booked in the next morning, my technician Stephan was on my door step 8.30am the next morning. Stephan was a great guy, telling me about the job every step of the way. He had the job completed in one day, and that included him having to go get the required parts. Tremendously terrible plumbing contractor so far I have seen in my last 20 years. NEVER NEVER NEVER hired this company to do the work for you. Think multiple times before you call this contractor. The worker, at least the one I saw, is a terribly disaster. No respect at all. Here was what happened just this morning, at 10:15 am on Jan 30, 2026 in Edgemont community. I drove along the Edgebrook Dr eastbound at the normal speed through the community towards Shaganappi Trail. One A&B service van with plate number of CCR-9937 (van #29) backed off the ramp of the house without any proper check of incoming traffic on the street and almost hit my vehicle on the passenger side, I pressed the car horn to remind the driver (senior male, mid 50 years old or so) and passed, it just barely missed 1' away from my vehicle. Surprisingly, this negligent driver horned me back and started stalking me on the street. When the traffic light turned red at the intersection of eastbound Country Hills Blvd and Shaganappi Trail, I stopped and he drove the van, passed mine, cutting in my way in front of me, just right in front of traffic light, jumped off the van and started yelling at me in a disparaging way while standing close to my driver side, ie "rolling down the window and let's talk like a man", "Didn't you see me backing off the ramp?", etc. How ignorant and rude this guy is. I didn't reply any and just took some pictures when he went back his van, driving away. BTW, he also threw something on my driver side. I do wish the management took thoughtful steps when hiring a qualified and respectful workers to work for it since this service guy definitely ruin the image and the reputation of the company for years to come, which the company is trying to build over years. I hope the management should raise the issue and let everybody beware that they represent the company and should have setup the examples high enough to allow other to follow. The public is watching and passing the words one by one, ten by ten, etc. I hope this guy can learn the lesson and drive in a respectful way on the road. It is definitely an offense to others while yelling others at the street out of his negligence and fault. It is not tolerated at all.
