C Mac Mechanical Ltd

Our builder used CMAC to install two new furnaces, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were ongoing installation issues, including compatibility problems with our existing air conditioning system. Getting someone to respond was incredibly difficult. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issues, they repeatedly tried to blame other parts of the system for the equipment not functioning properly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend CMAC. They may have had a good reputation in the past, but that certainly wasn't reflected in the level of service and accountability we received.

CMAC was the company that installed our furnace 5 years ago so when something happened a few months ago to cause the furnace to stop working we called CMAC. They were quick and efficient in dealing with the issue and were able to track down the necessary information to get the required part paid by warranty. Excellent customer service and efficient work.

I had an amazing experience with Cmac. They are professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and technicians. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service.

Three weeks ago my tankless hot water unit was tripping frequently. Technician, Nick, came and troubleshot. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He made sure to do a thorough diagnoistic before he left to make sure the issue would not happen again. I will definitely be recommending C Mac to my friends and family.

C Mac did a great job changing a leaking shower cartridge. They were professional and tidy.
