Cougar Technical Svc Ltd

Eric from Cougar company did service my Ac. He represents the company really well. Found and solve the problem that another company Caon couldn’t. Very kind honest and very helpful answering my questions. The office ladies when I spoke to them on the phone they were very kind. I very highly recommend Cougar company and in my opinion Eric is the one to do the job.

Had an issue with my condo unit and Devon was sent over. He acted with a sense of urgency, providing me with needed context on what the true issue was and multiple potential solutions and the cost associated with each. Very knowledgeable and informative. Would recommend

I was having problems with my heat. After calling 2 other companies I called Cougar and Devon had it fixed in 30 minutes. Will definately use them again.

Quick replying staff in the office for any of my questions and for booking. I have used them twice since they are approved in my building as contractors. The work has been solid and held up well.

Had a service with Devon & he absolutely blew the job out of the water 10/10 would recommend again, will be requesting him personally next time.
