Macleod's Plumbing & Heating Inc.

The service was absolutely phenomenal and for me to have my HVAC system upgraded took a bit more effort due to constraints within a condo bylaw. McLeod's plumbing and heating worked with me to ensure that everything was in working order and in compliance with the bylaw. Their professionalism and ability to work efficiently was very impressive and I cannot recommend their service highly enough for anybody who needs HVAC work done.

We recently had Justin, come out to service our tankless water heater, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we fully understood how to keep the system running efficiently. He truly went above and beyond, not just fixing the issue but carefully checking the entire system to prevent future problems. You could tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a warm and respectful attitude. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone — reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again!

After requesting a service call in the morning, I was able to get an appointment that very afternoon. Jesse was very personable and kept me informed on how the work was progressing. Excellent service and work ethics. I would highly recommend MacLeod’s Plumbing and Heating.

We have used Macleod’s Plumbing for several years now and continue to be impressed with their responsiveness, competence and fairness in pricing. Highly recommend!

Justin helped us a couple times already for a faucet leak in our master bathroom and a toilet repair in our basement. Both times he was reasonably priced and the items that he did repair did not break again.
