Crystal Waters Home Comfort

Crystal Waters did a superb job in helping me assess my needs and line up a number of options to consider for my new home heating system. They were very responsive to my questions, and provided good guidance throughout. When it came time to install the new system, they were on time, very professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again in the future.

I recently had warranty work performed by Dave and Christian. The guys were professional and great to deal with. They arrived on time and had both water heaters swapped out quickly. Tidy and neat clean up. I highly recommend this Crystal Waters team as they were quick to respond and without question.

I had my furnace replaced and an air conditioner installed by Crystal Waters. They had a great price and the service was clean and completed with perfection. They even connected my humidifier to the thermostat and fixed a broken bathroom fan duct at no extra cost!

Fast, efficient and very professional. From Bob on the phone who helped me book and choose an unit to the service guy ( I forgot his name!) to the installation guys Neals and Chad, all were great. Seamless and timely process. Highly recommend this team/company.

We recently had a basement leaking issue and contacted Crystal Waters for help. The team was professional and did a good job repairing the problem. I especially want to thank technician Jamie, who explained the issue very clearly and was very patient when communicating with me, even though my English is not very good. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The work was completed efficiently, and the basement has been dry since the repair. Thank you again to the whole team for the great service.
