Will call for all future repairs. Thank you guys and gals…

Very disappointing experience. I called this company to my business to look at a dripping faucet. The plumber was on site for maybe 30 seconds before saying he needed time to "price it out." For installing a faucet that I had already purchased myself, he came back with a quote of nearly $1,000 — just for installation. When I questioned it, he went to "talk to his boss." The price suddenly dropped to $350. I said that still seemed very high just to install a customer-supplied faucet. He went back again and returned with a new price of $311. So within a few minutes, the price went from $1,000 to $311. That kind of pricing is a major red flag. If I had agreed to the first number, I would have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars. Pricing should be transparent and consistent, especially when dealing with local businesses. I paid the $75 call-out fee and declined the work. As a business owner, I expect honesty and clear pricing. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I would not recommend this company.

Thomas from Tip Top was excellent he fixed my leaky drain pipe and replaced our water heater and furnace. He was very personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Was in recent need of a plumber and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and helpful Tip Top plumbing was to fix and resolve my issue. The work was exceptional and the prices are fair! Will definetly be calling them again!

Had a leak behind the wall in my basement. Richard came over and was able to quickly identify the source of the leak as a crack in the kitchen stack. Same day repair - great service !
