Quicker Rooter Plumbing & Heating

The City of Calgary was recently working in our area & we had no water for 4 days. When our water was turned back on, our water lines were not flushed and sand got into them. A couple of the faucets & one of the toilets didn't work. We called Quicker Router because we were unhappy with a few plumbers we had used in the past. Rebecca was very professional & courteous and ensured that she understood all our issues before sending a plumber. Fawa arrived within the eta given & gave us a quote before starting the repairs. We were very happy with his work & decided to have him come back the next day to complete a couple of other jobs. They solved all of our plumbing issues & we would definitely recommend them.

I needed a plumber to come out due to an emergency issue with my sump pump during the last major rainfall, and they got there 30 mins after I called! I was really impressed, the job was done well and dealt with quickly, which I loved. I had also called three other plumbing companies before them and none of them could come out the same day. The unfortunately the bill was astronomical, but within a "normal expected ranges" according to ChatGPT. It would also be helpful if they offered online payments.

On an after-hours emergency call, I was grateful to receive prompt and friendly service on the phone (from a real human), and then Melvin had us up and running again two hours later. When dealing with a whole-house plumbing emergency on a Sunday night (of a long weekend), this is exactly the kind of service you hope for. Thanks again guys!

I had a suspected sewage backup. I called them at 6:30 a.m and he arrived at 8:00 a.m. An auger was used and it was determined that it was a main sewer line issue. The service was quick and Abshur was great!

I highly recommend Quicker rooter. Fawad was prompt, professional, and quickly fixed clogged drainage. He explained everything well, kept the area clean, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again!"
