Son-Rise Plumbing & Gasfitting Ltd.

Son-Rise Plunbing was very good and professional to work with. Same day service to replace my hot water tank was excellent. The Plumber that’s did the work certainly knew his trade and was very meticulous and efficient. I would recommend and use Son-Rise again. Thanks for the great work.

My friend Kristi gave me a strong recommendation to hire Son-Rise for a plumbing project. From setting up the booking with Phyllis, to Alex doing the requested installation, they were friendly, knowledgeable and the work done is excellent. Alex arrived on the agreed time, and first accessed what would need to be done. My building has 30+ year old plumbing and he also took note about a potential issue, which he would also take care of. Alex took the time to explain what and how the work needed to be done, and priced it very fairly. No budget surprises! I would highly recommend hiring Son-Rise Plumbing and Pipefitting!

I highly recommend Son-Rise Plumbing & Gasfitting. JD and Phyllis are incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional—exactly the kind of people you want to work with time and again. Plumbing issues can be stressful and potentially catastrophic, but their team puts your mind at ease by quickly identifying and resolving problems of any size. Whether you need a simple faucet or toilet installation, furnace repair, or a hot water heater replacement, they handle it all with expertise. If you are looking for the best in the business, look no further than Son-Rise Plumbing.

What a great company! The hot water line under my bathroom sink sprung a major leak, water running down the walls downstairs and right through the thermostat for the fireplace and through a light switch. Yes these boxes were not sealed on the other side of the wall in the utility room with water lines right above them!! I had to shut off the main line as houses do not have shut off valves on any of the lines anymore. Sideline, this should be standard building code. This happened at 2:00 PM on a Friday. Two hours of calling plumbers and oh lord the run around was so frustrating. Call centre after call centre and I finally got Son-Rise and just the personal touch on the first call was such a relief. One of the owners, JD, was here within the hour, he was incredibly helpful with assessing the damage, changed the lines under the sink and installing shut off valves. Once the repairs were made JD went through the basement and checked everything again to make sure it was safe. I also had a leaky tap. And rather than just changing the cartridge I opted to have a new tap installed. And yes, a fully outfitted parts truck meant he had everything required. My bathroom looks so great! I know a new tap seems like a small thing but the builder grade taps installed 19 years ago had really degraded and a small thing changed that bathroom!

I appreciate the options for the repairs being explained and the related costs. The work was done quickly and was expertly completed. I would recommend Son-Rise to resolve any issues that someone is having with their plumbing.
