Amazing service !!! I am really happy with AAA. If you miss having a sense of care and family, this is the place to go to. I literally felt at a loss with no furnace on a cold winter night and that’s when I reached Dean who was ready to either come right away or dispatch next day. From that moment on it was clockwork. It went from a diagnosis of my furnace, to reviewing options/pricing with me, Thank you Jeff! I chose a new furnace, and installation was seamless with Paul leading his team. Every person I met was amazing! And really cared. I’ll be using them for my work in my house and will be recommending them to my neighbours/friends.

I had a great experience with AAA Heating and Plumbing. My AC stopped working, and their team responded quickly and professionally. They diagnosed the issue, repaired the unit, and most importantly, honored the warranty without any hassle. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciate their honesty and commitment to standing behind their work. I would not hesitate to use AAA Heating and Plumbing again in the future and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

My A/C installer is no longer around and it stopped working last week, so I called AAA. Dean sent someone out the next day. After 10 minutes of diagnosing, they replaced a faulty part that had been smouldering behind the cover since install, cleaned the unit, and 90 minutes later I was enjoying a cool house again. Excellent service and they kept me apprised of what was happening throughout. Considering I needed parts as well as a full cleaning and service, their price was exceptionally fair. I will definitely use them for my heating and cooling needs in the future and highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! I called and had Denny the plumber here to fix my clogged bathroom sink within 45 minutes. He was knowledgable pleasant polite got the job done very quickly and the price was right. I highly recommend. Triple AAA heating and plumbing.

Extremely unfortunate that I Had to change my positive(was 5 stars)review because after getting an 8400$ furnace installed at my clients house and needing service calls x2 (for water coming in through the stack when the snow melted or it rains) on the first one the ‘office staff’ didn’t even call a tech out and we had to have them come the next day after waiting hours and then calling to ask if anyone was coming, on the attempt to get a 3rd service call I had the displeasure of speaking with the Lori again who hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to explain to her that I own a company working for elderly as a private caregiver and assistant(that’s why I was dealing with the calls and not my client) and she insisted that my elderly client call her just to tell him that there’s nothing more they can do and continued to blame the issue on a roofing problem causing much unnecessary anxiety and lack of faith in the customer service industry within my client(since my client has extensive medical issues where he can’t stress out too much) , she yelled at me repeatedly, threatened to slander my name to my client saying I’m aggressive and that she knows ‘people like me’ when I work for Ahs and was in the hallway at work so I know that wasn’t the case when I was speaking with her. I also had Dean himself hang up on me when I attempted to rectify this situation with someone other than Lori. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will in the future actually recommend anyone but this company. I emailed them to request to do business with anyone but Lori and they completely ignored that too…. Not great business practice and definitely extremely poor customer service. The techs themselves that came to install the furnace and do the service calls were great however! Kind young men and my client tipped them for a job well done, they can be proud of the work they did and their relatively professional attitude I hope I don’t even get a review response because I don’t believe this company has any credibility and will just respond to ‘look good’ if at all.
