1-Tom-Plumber

During a diy tub and surround install I ran into some pipe issues. Kyle was able to fix the pipes quickly, and did a great job installing the new tub and drain. Aaron and Nicholas were able to come out within minutes when I needed them a second time to help with the faucet pipe inside the tub surround. Believe all the 5 star reviews! The whole team is friendly, upfront about prices, and fast but thorough. What truly sold me was them proudly displaying on their site that they take women’s safety seriously. After dealing with some less than professional contractors, it was so nice to work with some that made me feel super comfortable, and that didn’t overcharge me for things I didn’t need just because I’m a woman who doesn’t know the trade (like some car mechanics do!) highly recommend to anyone, but especially my fellow females!

I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. From the moment I called, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Kyle was especially outstanding—he arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship were evident throughout the entire process. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. It's refreshing to work with a company that values customer service as much as technical expertise. I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber, and if you have the opportunity to work with Kyle, you're in great hands!

Tom and his partner, Nicolas, were amazing! Don't use another company these 5-star ratings are absolutely legitimate.
