Eco Pro Plumbing Inc

Absolutely excellent service! Professional and friendly customer service from my first phone call to express our plumbing needs, to the process of explaining and planning the service that was needed, all the way to the completion of the work done!! The office staff receiving my calls, emailing and texting me to keep me informed was something I appreciate very much. Like I mentioned, so professional. We were also impressed by Logan’s repair work and how while doing his work he was so courteous and explained everything to my elderly father. Thank you EcoPro Plumbing for your fantastic service, we will definitely call you if a plumbing repair is needed again. Sincerely, Koula Bak, Jim Gogos and Nick Gogos

Absolutely fantastic service! I broke our tub faucet and pipe on a Saturday evening. We made a call at 8 PM, and they promptly sent a technician out. The repair was done quickly, and Saad, the plumber/technician was not only great at his job but also incredibly friendly. Special thanks to AJ on the phone for his foresight in asking for pictures, which streamlined the whole process. A genuinely efficient and stress-free experience. Still can't believe Mitch marner got that hat trick.

We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. Our daughter recommended Eco-Pro after they did a recent big job at her home. She said they were the only local company who answered the phone in the middle of the night for their plumbing emergency. Eco-Pro responded quickly when we called on a Sunday. The problem was identified and we had a temporary fix the same day. AJ provided a quote a couple of days later, outlining our options for completing the necessary repairs. The job was completed within the projected time and at the quoted price. We are very pleased with the work done. I wish to recognize our serviceman, Saad, who worked efficiently and was exceptionally personable and polite. He explained every step and gave us excellent tips. We are pleased that we now have a reliable plumbing service for future repairs.

Riley did excellent work on our main floor kitchen sink. He cleared the backup, replaced both old leaking strainers, and repiped the drain so everything’s brand new. Explained everything clearly, worked clean, and tested it 3 times to make sure. Sink drains perfect now. Professional, honest & tidy. Shout out to Mohammed as well for setting us up same day. Highly recommend Eco-Pro Plumbing & Drains!

Eco-Pro Plumbing & Drains was friendly, professional, and reliable. They arrived when they said they would and went out of their way to make sure I had hot water again as promised. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I appreciated the extra effort they put in to make sure everything was done properly. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend them.
