I have been using Bill's Plumbing for the past years, couldn't be more happier because from the phone conversation to the expertise of the plumber, solved issues(especially in extreme weathers) at the possible soonest. Not only the clogged pipes issue, but also the high end water boiler and water tank installation. I need to give special thanks to Daniel Snider who works deligently and very cautiously. Big thumbs up!!!

Bill’s Plumbing charged my partner and I for two hours of labour for a 45 minute job. When we inquired about the cost, they said we had to pay for travel fees which was not disclosed initially and hung up on us. We are extremely disappointed in Bill’s plumbing and would not recommend to anyone

I've used Bill's Plumbing for years at the Canmore suites motel. Daniel and Scott just installed a new water heater and did a great job.

I had a problem with my septic tank not draining into the sewer properly and called Bill's Plumbing. They rescheduled many times (blaming "access issues", but the tank is outside and accessible from the street) and completed the work about 6 weeks after I contacted them, costing thousands of dollars. I have no problem paying appropriately for quality work, but the problem re-occurred about 2 months later and I had to have another plumbing company come to fix it again, spending thousands of dollars again. When the 2nd company came it was clear a number of things had not been done properly by Bill's Plumbing and had to be redone. Needless to say I will not be contacting Bill's Plumbing again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a major emergency leak at our investment property with water pouring through the roof. Bill’s Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue immediately. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the upstairs toilet, which had been improperly installed by the original contractor. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also inspected the other two bathrooms to ensure everything was properly installed and prevent future issues. The team was quick, polite, and incredibly easy to work with. Their prompt and professional service really put our minds at ease.
