The Pro-Claim team were responsive, quick and efficient. The repairs we needed were extensive and they were able to assess the situation and provide a quote within 48 hours and complete the work within a week. We were impressed with their professionalism and timeliness and of course, the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE PROCLAIM Proclaim was assigned to restore my condo following some water damage. The level of unprofessionalism is impressive. Near zero communication for months at a time, poor project management, scheduling, and most significantly horrible craftsmanship. If you want your project done in a reasonable timeframe with professional quality work, find another contractor. See photos for examples of what they consider acceptable quality work.

Pro Claim did an excellent job covering up our ceiling from a water leak. I needed it done ASAP and they came out the very next day to complete the entire job - staining blocking and full paint. I told Petr it was urgent and he was on it. The associate Jaz was first class - so organized, efficient and meticulous even noticing areas that we did not. Jaz showed up 10 minutes early and was even so kind to call ahead of time to let us know he’s on his way. I highly recommend this restoration company - they saved the day 12/10!!!!
