Waywest Mechanical Ltd - 24 Hour service Nanaimo

Needed washing machine repair, Jordan was wonderful! He had great communication, calling me with an estimated arrival time, found the problem right away, and had it repaired quickly. Fast, friendly, knowledgable service. Probably the best I've had from the appliance repair businesses (2 others) I've used before. Highly recommended! Thanks Jordan! Will definitely use again if the need arises!

Thanks so much to Matt and his Assistant Caylon for the excellent job on the installation of our pool heat pump ! I appreciate so much that Matt took time out from his very busy schedule to do this job for me. I felt very confident that he knew exactly what to do and the end result is outstanding! We absolutely recommend this company and would certainly have them back for future jobs. Thanks again!

Jordan came twice to our home and was so nice and friendly. We will be recommending Waywest and we will most definitely be using them again. A huge thank you to Kyle as well!!!!!!!!

Just had a really great experience from the folks at Waywest. Kyle was extremely helpful and willing to work with us to figure out how to get someone out to look at our freezer, especially given we called just before New Years. And Dave, our tech was not only professional but also communicative and knowledgeable. Definitely will be calling them again in the future!

jordan was absolutely fantastic, and kyle was wonderfully kind and awesome. i 1000% recommend these guys, i wouldn’t hire anyone else for jobs around the house.
