Dolan's Gas Fitting & Heating Ltd.

I just wanted to thank the team at Dolans. We had just returned from vacation yesterday 15th June and learned from our house/dog sitters that we had no aircon over the weekend where the temp exceeded 30c. I called Dolans who, despite being very busy fit me in very quickly and within about 4 hours of my call Rick stopped by to replace the capacitor and fixed the problem. This was service at its highest level and I am very impressed with the team from Dolans call reception to Rick solving the problem. Great customer service

Dolans did an amazing job installing my heat pump and organizing with electricians for 200amp upgrade amd heat pump hot water tank. They were very friendly, easy to reach by phone, and made the whole process really straightforward. Thank you!!

I received the BC better homes government grant for my heat pump that Rick at Dolan’s told me about. I got a great quote from him also. Compared to the other three quotes I got, their quote was way less. The crew was awesome but I have to give a shout out to one in particular. Chris (I hope that your name) I can’t say enough about your dedication to your work and compassion to your customers. Not leaving until I had heat says a lot. That was a very long day for you not to mention a cold one. I would highly recommend this company. Their customers matter.

Great group of guys, Extremely knowledgeable staff and very helpful with all inquiries. Would recommend for any home heating and cooling upgrades and repairs

Gave me a quote $7878.00 higher than Home Depot for the purchase and installation of Trane XV18 variable speed heat pump. This quote did not even include the $800 thermostat that goes with it while Home Depot's quote did include the thermostat so over $8000.00 difference. Then they billed me $336.00 for simple service call to diagnose failed start and run capacitors and check refrigerant pressure.
