Pacific Rim Heat Pumps

Our experience with Pacific Rim heat pumps was exceptional. Brady was informed of the product, very engaging and very understanding with no high pressure sales. His pricing was the best of 4 quotes and the installation of the new Mitsubishi system and the removal of the old carrier system was absolutely seamless. The installers were professional and left the job as if no major work was performed. We would recommend the team at Pacific Rim anytime. They listened to all our concerns and addressed them and worked to our schedule. Great system and great warranty. Bryan & Judy Locker

Pacific Rim installed our heat pump almost 8 years ago ... we've had zero problems with it and have truly appreciated their annual phone call to set up the yearly maintenance/cleaning service call. Always lovely to deal with the office person or the on-site people. We're all comfortable ... Highly recommend!

We had Pacific Rim Heat Pumps install a Mitsubishi heat pump to replace our aging 21-year-old unit. Cam and Josh were our installers and were extremely professional throughout the process. Whenever I had questions about the installation, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They also worked well alongside the other trades, who were equally professional. Brady was great to work with and accommodated my schedule to ensure the installation happened at a convenient time. We are very happy with the new heat pump — it runs quietly and heats evenly throughout the house.

The sales people Al and Brady answered all our questions before the sale and after as well. The installers were equally as impressive with there knowledge and skills answering all our questions. We would and are recommending Pacific Rim Heat Pumps for their great service and knowledge. We are totally satisfied with how everything went.

I recently had a home thermostat replaced . I greatly appreciated the timely manner in which they provided service. All of the staff were professional and , polite . I would like to extend a special thank you to Cameron who was considerate and carefully explained the workings of this new system. Thank you to Sean, who was very understanding that the new thermostats read out, presented a bit of a challenge due to the small face print. He offered to swap this unit out if I found it too onerous. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Heat Pumps. Thank you to all staff members. Cathie Laurie
