Creative Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Fast and professional. My townhouse repipe project was done in one day and the installers were very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend them for future projects.

Very good service. Personable young plumber arrived on time (on the afternoon of New Years eve!) and unclogged our p-trap under kitchen sink. We were ever so happy to be able to use our kitchen again after only one day of having to not use our kitchen water source -- so dependent on kitchen water for everything in our condominium! Thank you Creative Plumbing!

Creative Plumbing technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my toilet replaced, tub drain and leak under my bathroom sink fixed in no time and at a good rate. The service manager gave me a quick estimate on a installation for my laundry room and hot water tank. I will only use Creative Plumbing for my home and business as I support businesses that look after and take care their customers!

Creative Plumbing came out to my home 2 days ago and installed a new hot water tank and I am so happy with the job they did and with their professionalism. They were prompt, did a great job and I ended up paying less than I expected. They were very kind when I was so panicked about the water leaking from my old tank. They dealt with everything and I would never call anyone else.

After returning home from a few days away, I discovered my garburator leaking under the sink. I contacted Creative Plumbing for assistance, and they promptly sent Tom to address the issue within two days. Tom's attention to detail was impressive; he requested a photo of the garburator in advance to ensure he brought the correct pipe and even brought along two matching plugs. His foresight prevented any mismatched plugs in my double sink, which I greatly appreciated as I dislike clutter. Tom effortlessly replaced both plugs with brand new ones, ensuring uniformity in my sink drains. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by Creative Plumbing and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
