The Crazy Plumber

I should have read the reviews more thoroughly before calling. This company charges completely unreasonable prices, and in hindsight, I should have immediately turned them away. They quoted me $1,107 for a basic Kohler shower cartridge replacement. To be clear: Time Spent: The technician was finished with the swap in 15 minutes. Zero Construction: No valve body replacement was required, no tiles were broken, no wall cutting was needed, and access was completely straightforward in a standard 2008 condo. The plumber claimed the part was "discontinued," would cost $250 for the part alone, and would take several weeks to ship. Upon further investigation, this was entirely false. Kohler's official product packaging explicitly states that the modern, off-the-shelf kit (GP800820/GP77759) directly replaces the older GP500520 design. The part is readily available locally at Home Depot and plumbing suppliers for under $90 and carries a free lifetime warranty directly from Kohler. Charging over $1,100 for 15 minutes of basic hand work without any pipework or structural access is an extreme markup. I strongly advise getting quotes from honest local independent plumbers before allowing this company to do any work in your home.

Professional service and gives you the costs upfront. I highly recommend Brad and his team and would definitely be calling them again in the future. We got a bunch of work done and I felt Brad was honest with his pricing and his work. At one point I got the sense that he was getting frustrated by my questions, but once the plan was figured out, he completed the job very quickly and professionally and we ended the job in smiles. Thank you for all the work you did. I’m so glad we found someone we can trust to help us for any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Jordan. He installed a new PRV and expansion tank in a very tight space, and the workmanship was clean, efficient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly test everything before leaving to make sure the system was working properly. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and it's reassuring that both the PRV and expansion tank installation, along with the equipment, are backed by a 3-year warranty. Jordan was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the job much quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable plumbing work.

I called this week to schedule a new shower/bath tub faucet installation. I was able to pick a time that suited my schedule, they sent a text the morning of to let me know the technician was on their way and Tony arrived right on time. The price was quoted based on the job which was great because it ended up taking a little longer than expected so I was not charged extra which had happened to me in the past with another local company. I’m very happy with the job done and recommend this company to anyone needing professional plumbing services.

I called this company early this morning to install the bidet I had purchased, and they arrived right on time. The technician completed the installation quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the visit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free installation.
