City Wide Water Heater Service

The worker who came out to replace our leaking hot water tank was so helpful. He explained things well. He gave us lots of options. He gave us prices for everything to help us decide. They responded very quickly to our call. I cannot imagine a better service.

I purchased a new hot water tank and leak detector. The person who took my original call was knowledgeable and helpful. They sent a technician to my home that day! Kade, the service technician, was on time, cleaned up and answered all of my questions. When I had an issue with the leak detector they sent Kade the same day I called to report the issue and all was amended to my satisfaction. My old tank was also picked up and recycled within 48 hours. With prompt and knowledgeable assistance and with Kade’s patient and supportive service and expertise, I recommend using City Wide for your hot water tank replacement.

Hot water tank started leaking at 10am, by 6pm Jordan had arrived to replace it. The whole process was quick and easy. Jordan was friendly and polite, everything was cleaned up and he hauled the tank to the back lane. 100% would recommend!

Kade was an excellent employee. Quick, clean, and gave me great advice. I’m so happy with his advice (bigger tank) as I have exactly what our family needs now. As a bonus our dog also liked him very much LOL. Keep up the great work!

1st time customer….was a very good experience overall and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new hot water tank. I booked an appt and they came out within a few days of booking. The installer did a great job with no issues at all. I also liked that they use Bradford white water tanks that are high quality. Will be a repeat customer next time I need a new hot water tank. Thanks City Wide for a good install and great customer experience for a 1st time customer.
