If you’re in the review section you are most likely going through an insurance claim. We had a dishwasher leak and saturate our sub floor for a while. We made an insurance claim and service masters is who reached out. I wish I would have done more research on them. The contractors that did the work were awesome. Everything else has been a nightmare. There is no communication with them, I have even asked to speak to the head of the office and he wasn’t impressed with the timeline on things and said he would get on this and get back to us in 24 hours. That was 7 days ago. Our insurance provider has been waiting on a revised estimate for months now from then so that we can settle this and move on. Remember people, you do not have to go with who your insurance provider sends your way! Do your homework and look around, there are many others that do emergency type work. 11.5k they made through us just to leave us hanging for weeks on end, good job guys.

My sump pump failure resulted in 2' of water in my crawl space. Mike Klyne, a PM for ServiceMaster Restore, managed my claim throughout my restoration. He acted professionally and efficiently managed the complete process. Shorty's plumbing was first to arrive the very next day and installed a new serviceable sump pump. Then Mike Daudet arrived and efficiently supervised his crew for the initial clean up. Then Perry the electrician arrived from C&K Electric INC who carried out an investigation of the occurrence. I am completely happy with all of the friendly, effective timely support from everyone involved in this process and recommend ServiceMaster Restore to confidently and professionally take care of any insurance claim. Overall the quality of the work was good. My issues stem from 1. Communication. I had setup Monday-Friday to complete the job. However they didn't show up on the Friday to complete the job citing "the carpet needs to be replaced before finishing". However it was determined the carpet didn't need to be replaced the week prior....the result was a 10 day delay in completion. 2. Depicted in my picture is the breakoff blade from a utility knife that I found in the carpet. Thankfully I found it before it sliced someone (I have a dog and a 3 year old in the house).

If you’ve experienced a water breech in your home, you know how stressful it can be but with Kristina at the helm of coordinating and this crew, you can breath and relax. If you are blessed with Mitch, Brianna, Alicia, Lyne, and Amelia, you have nothing to worry about. They are respectful, courteous, organized, helpful, efficient and they are good people! Very grateful!

Due to June 9th, 2026 rain storm my town got 10 inches of rain, and I ended up with water up to the first step at the bottom of my basement stairs. My basement is fully finished with 2 bedrooms, rec room, full bathroom and storage area. I called my Insurance company Red River Mutual at 9:00 am on June 10th, and Joel from Service Master was at my house late afternoon that day. Shortly after this the clean up crew was here to start removing everything from the basement. They documented everything that was damaged. I want to say a "Huge thank you to everyone that was at my house doing the clean up, you were great and took so much stress off of my plate"! Christine who I spoke to many times on the phone is a sweetheart. She is so kind and so very helpful! Chris has also been amazing at organizing everything that has been done and needs to be done, as well as answering my questions.He has also taken a lot off stress off of me and has been so helpful. Another gentleman came out to the house from Service Master to check to see how things were going, and I'm so sorry but I can't remember his name. He was so nice and helpful as well. He was great at answering the questions that I had. I really can't say enough about Service Master and all of their employees that I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this difficult time in my life, less stressful. I appreciate everyone of you, for your kindness and all the work that you have done for me.
