Dukes Plumbing Inc.

I recently had this plumbing company replace a pipe in my basement, and I’m genuinely impressed with their work. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They completed the job on time and left the space clean. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

I must say I'm very disappointed with Duke's plumbing. I trusted there Company, the first service call took three times to rectify one issue on my toilet. Today they were to come for a service call and I did not want the same gentleman that fix my toilet. Said that I called them, stated my concerns. still is waiting for a call back. I honestly don't recommend them anymore. It concerns me, cuz they work currently on the building that have 200 suites where I own my apartment. In the Northwest Calgary area of North Hill.

I’ve dealt with Dukes for close to ten years, for multiple properties. Have used them for a new furnace, two hot water tanks, sump pump inspections, water pressure control, and poly b piping replacement. They have been excellent for all of it, and I highly recommend using them.

Dukes plumbing was prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job with great care and skill. No upselling — just honest, high-quality work at a fair price. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

For some reason, Google removed my review so I am reposting it, regardless of how long it has been as the practices of this company deserve to be out there for the publics knowledge. DO NOT EVER USE DUKES PLUMBLING unless you like your personal belongings being destroyed by their employees, and then have zero compensation or resolution obtained. The employees, managers and owners of Dukes are all equally horrible. Dukes was contacted by a property management company we were renting a home from at the time, when we had water entering the basement. When the workers arrived, they were shown where the water seemed to be coming in from and we had spent a lot of time moving shelves and belongings out of that area. I was at work that day but a family member was home. As the job was several hours long, there wasn't a reason to stand down there the entire time and supervise...or so we thought. The employees finished the job and left just as I came home. I went downstairs to find additional shelves from along another wall tossed in the main basement area. The shelves were full of fragile, collectible, high dollar model vehicles. When I say tossed, I mean thrown aggressively across the basement into a mess of a pile. Thousands of dollars of models were in the mess, destroyed beyond repair. We immediately notified both the property management company and Dukes of the issue, and were met with nothing but arguing and denial of the issue. Jamie was the person responding from Dukes, but I also spoke with one of the employees at the location, Michael, on the phone call, where he acknowledged the shelf came apart and everything fell. They then tried to say no one was home to move it, which was untrue as my family member was there the entire time, upstairs working. Those items remain to this day, unrepaired/not replaced due to the required costs to do so. We never did receive further response from anyone at Dukes and the matter remains unresolved to this day. We never heard from Randy and never heard back after sending the surveillance footage in. This issue happened a few years ago but the review is legitimate and accurate, and I will continue to repost it if it gets removed again. We will never recommend this company to anyone and in fact, have publicly warned others not to use them since the incident. Accidents happen, the real issue lies in the lack of handling of the matter. I hope people reading take this seriously and stay away. There are numerous other plumbing companies out there worth giving your money to...use one of them!
