Done Deal Drain Cleaning & Plumbing

They left sludge from the drain they were supposed to clean behind the drywall. They didnt even tell me it was there. This could easily turn into a mold problem if i hadnt found it on my own. So i had to remove drywall and thoroughly clean the area to prevent mold. They also stained my carpets on the way out, which require replacement I wouldnt book them again. No word on any compensation yet.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Jacob arrived determined to fix the problem and when he did he was almost as excited as I was to have this issue resolved. So glad I called Done Deal. My contractor recommended them and they certainly knew how to fix the issue. Thank you. Job well done.

Done Deal came to my place in a timely manner. I was told upfront how much a callout would cost so I knew what to expect financially. Scott showed up and did the work required. I would recommend Done Deal Plumbing to everyone!

Highly recommend! Dispatch was friendly, clearly explained costs and got me a next day appointment. Plumber was on time, took care in his work and double checked my concerns were fixed before leaving.

Amazing friendly & fast service at affordable prices. No pressure to get you to do more work than necessary and extremely efficient. Highly recommend!
