Instant Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I recently had Ben, Phili, and Carter come replace our old water heater with a IBC Tankless with recirculation system. These 3 guys were the absolute best people you could ever have come work at your house. They were all friendly, professional, caring, and hard working. I could tell they were putting serious effort into the job and their workmanship shows the pride they take in the job. I could not be happier! Not only was the install great, but the entire quoting and sales process was also fantastic. Ben took the time to walk me through the options, consult with me on my questions, and came in with a well priced, fair quote right from the beginning. Even after the install Ben has been fantastic answering any further questions I’ve had about the system, and Ashley in the office has been awesome helping me get the inspection scheduled with the city.

George and his team continue to impress me. His software advised me in advance that Anthony was on his way, Anthony arrived on time, professional, courteous. Anthony explained the scope of work in advance. He then proceeded to diligently attend to the tasks at hand being courteous of our family needs throughout our morning start. Upon completion Anthony reviewed all items that he had addressed and was friendly and professional through the whole process. This may read and be perceived as a paid endorsement, however it is not. I am compelled to share good things when they happen about good people. Instant Plumbing has been my service provider for many years for a good reason they say what they'll do and they do what they say and they are a company that still holds integrity as one of their Prime directives. Thank you instant Plumbing for another enjoyable experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Instant Plumbing & Heating, and I want to especially recognize Elijah for his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, Elijah was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked me through the solution, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine care, he treated my home with respect and didn’t cut corners. The repair was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such excellent customer service, but Elijah absolutely delivered on both. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing service, I highly recommend Instant Plumbing & Heating and if you can request Elijah, even better. He truly goes above and beyond. Thank you again for the fantastic service!

As you can tell by the photo i was dealing with a difficult situation (clogged main drain pipe). The technician assessed the situation and then advised on courses of action... i was able to resolve the clogged through the technician's guidance... I highly recommend Instant Plumbing & Heating... professional and fair.... from my experience this outfit will treat you fairly for services rendered.

This was my second time using Instant Plumbing this year, first for a hot water tank replacement in May and now for a furnace install. My quote was beyond reasonable, I felt like they were honest in what they were telling me I did or didn't need, and they were able to schedule me in for the furnace replacement within the week. Ben worked on both jobs and was on-time, tidy, and thorough in the install and explanations. Thanks again for another great experience with Instant!
