Campeau Heating

I had both Thomas and Matt come to my newly purchased home to inspect and do maintenance of both the propane furnace and water heater that were part of my home purchase. They were both professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained everything they were going to do and why. They gave me options on work that was recommended and payment options. Overall, as a first time caller to Campeau Heating, I was an extremely satisfied customer!

Hello Re: Excellent Service by technician Larry Gauthier FYI I had servicing completed on 3 household appliances by technician Larry last Friday. I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the service call. Larry was courteous, attentive, neat (took off his boots in house), took pride in his work and answered all my questions. Thank you Larry! Sincerely Angelika

I always request Paul as our technician. He has serviced our furnace, A/C unit and gas fireplace for many years. He is very thorough, courteous, professional and never leaves a mess. I am also very impressed with the report showing the many photos of all of the maintenance done on all 3 units. I always highly recommend your company ... I give you 8 stars!!!!

We had a great technician (Thomas) onsite for maintenance on our gas fireplace. He took the time to explain every step he was taking and taught me several things I did not know, required repairs were clearly laid out as well. Great attention to detail and cleanliness while he was in our home. This was not the first time we’ve contacted Campeau for service and are very comfortable recommending them to others.

Our Campeau technician Michael B. serviced our 30 yr old central A/C unit May 22, 2026. He gave us a courtesy call prior to arrival and was punctual, very friendly, courteous and provided the needed explanation(s) for the part that was recommended to be changed which was the capacitor and the overall health of our A/C unit. I would recommend to Campeau Heating to have their technicians be more specific with the written part name. Rationale: I remembered the term capacitor, but upon reviewing maintenance form I saw that there are 2 different capacitors which our A/C unit has. Consequently, I wasn’t 100% sure as to what capacitor needed replacement, since the specific capacitor name was not written on maintenance form just that the term ‘capacitor’ needed changing. The only other outstanding issue was that our A/C unit was left running upon Michael’s termination of our maintenance call. He didn’t indicate that it was necessary to do so and A/C was not running at the point of his arrival. These are issues I felt required mentioning; however, overall, we are very satisfied with Campeau Heating providing us this service with their qualified technicians. We would definitely recommend Campeau Heating to any future potential clients for regular maintenance of A/C unit, gas furnace or gas fireplace. Included are pictures on our recent maintenance of our central A/C unit and the part requiring replacement.
