Mr Rooter Plumbing Sudbury

Wow! I can't believe how much care they put into their work. He explained everything very well so that I could understand what they were doing and why. They surpassed my expectations, and a special shout out to Sheik. Thank you for getting me the answers I needed. I know who I'll call next time I need help.

RUN AWAY - Wildly overpriced quote for a simple shower drip repair. Tried to scare me and apply pressure to immediately use them. Other 5-star reviews likely fake. Called Mr. Rooter for a dripping shower valve. They quoted $1,850 and padded it with unnecessary work: -$500 to replace two shutoff valves that cost ~$10 each and take minutes. -Pushed to cut a hole in my living room wall for drain access I did not need. -Tried to scare me by saying my basement was at risk of flooding, even though it was a small drip into the bathtub. I declined. Another plumber fixed it in under an hour for a standard call out rate $500 total (parts and labour). After this experience, the wall of 5-star reviews is hard to take seriously. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything.

We were very happy with the team at Mr. Rooters. They were very helpful and knowledgable and we would gladly use them again in the future. Great service.

Had a major blockage in my kitchen sink that I couldn't unplug so I called Mr. Rooter. After speaking with Fardhin, he said they could take care of it the following afternoon, which they did as promised. Eric did a great job and definitely knew what he was doing. They are very prompt, courteous and do amazing work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional service with great rates.

While attempting to contact Mr. Rooter in Sudbury, Ontario I had extreme difficulty communicating with the front line telephone rep - due to loud background noise and a poor connection at their end, I was unable to properly hear the rep speak. When I expressed my concern, the rep was unprofessional, questioning me, as if unaware of the problem. Needless to say, this was a very poor first impression.
