Exact Mechanical Services Ltd

Exact Mechanical Services were out at my place today to fix a plumbing issue. Turned out they had to change the main sewer drain cover and send a camera down to see what our issue was. Thankfully it was about 75 feet out and was a City pipe issue. Thanks again to Technician - Tom for all his hard work, the past few days. Excellent service and would recommend this company anytime. Best Regards Walter Christie

Adam & Mike came to replace our old furnace and they did an amazing job! They were so nice and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They cleaned up on their way out and I can't be more happy to finally have heat in our house after weeks of issues with our old furnace. Definitely recommend their services! Thanks again Adam and Mike!

We’ve worked with Exact Mechanical for 5+ years on a range of issues in our rental properties, from no or low heat to faucet repairs, plumbing leaks, and furnace vent scoping. Krystal and the booking team are always quick to reach out to our tenants and get appointments scheduled right away. The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain both the problem and the solution in a way that’s easy for us and our tenants to understand. Their level of professionalism and communication stands out every time. We trust them so much that even the owners of AspirePeak have used Exact Mechanical for their own home, especially when other companies couldn’t find the issue. Highly recommend Exact Mechanical for anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and responsive mechanical services on their own home or rental properties!

Literally have been waiting on on quote for over 6 weeks. Not much of a review guy but I’ve never seen a business with this poor of communication and product delivery. They’ve been nice the 5 times I’ve called (emphasis on the 5 times I’ve called - and they said they would get me the quote by the next day) but there has been zero quote delivered as promised, very displeased with dealing with these guys.

I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled overall. To note first, our neighbours in the lower unit had previously experienced similar issues and advised us to wait until after the holidays to book, due to additional expenses they had incurred that were not clearly communicated to them. Based on that, we scheduled our appointment for January 13, 2026. We booked the visit after our lower neighbours heard pipes rattling and wanting to ensure there were no leaks. The technician who arrived spent less than five minutes in our unit and under ten minutes in the neighbouring unit, then left without informing either of us or providing any update. Both of our units assumed the technician was still with the other, only for us to realize after about 30 minutes that they had left entirely. We followed up but did not receive a clear explanation of the issue. It was only after my neighbours and I texted eachother that we learned the possible rattling cause may have been because of the cold weather affecting the pipes, but this was never directly communicated to us but only assumed by the employee inspecting the lower unit and not telling us, the people who booked it. After hearing nothing further, we assumed the matter had been resolved. Then on March 4, we received an invoice for $172, which came as a surprise given the lack of communication or follow-up. While we had agreed to a service call fee, the absence of any update or confirmation made the charge unexpected. I did reach out to request a reduction, but the response was not the kindest and I was not going to argue because we did originally agree to a service fee charge. That said, I do want to note that the office staff were kind and easy to deal with when we paid the invoice in full. Overall, the main issue here was the lack of communication and follow-through, which made the experience frustrating.
