Charter Plumbing & Welding

Charter did all of the plumbing in our new build, and we couldn't be any happier. The attention to detail is amazing. Everyone is always complimenting the plumbing and how well done it is. If you need a plumber, there is no one better and more honest in the Ottawa Valley than these guys.

Great service from start to finish. James took the time to explain everything clearly, including the cause of the issue, which I really appreciated. He also went above and beyond by coming back the next day after I finished work to put the toilet back in place. Professional, accommodating, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Jim answered the phone himself, committed to a time that he would arrive and arrived as schduled... all this on a Fri evening. Jim made the job look easy, was very pleasant to deal with, cleaned up after the job, and wanted to know that I was totally satisfied before he left. Jim will be my first call when I need a plumber next time. It's nice to know great service at a reasonable price still exists!!

James was very helpful with the unexpected leak I had in my washroom. He was able to quickly fix the issue and was very thorough with any questions I had. I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Really impressed with this company. James came and saved the day on our weekend when we had a backed up main line. We will use him again anytime we have a plumbing issue. Thank you !!
