Valley Home Services

Cannot say enough great things about this company. They have helped us in so many ways over the past two years. From heat pump and furnace installations, to last-minute drop-ins (even late night on a holiday) when our furnace stopped working in the cold winter. Excellent customer service and transparency with all the work they do. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my mini-split and service from Valley Home Services! From the initial visit and advice I received, to the installation - the service and staff were knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and very pleasant. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and exactly as quoted. I highly recommend Valley Home Services.

Richard and Reed showed up on an extremely cold day, disconnected and moved old furnace up some treacherous stairs and outside to the garage. Installed a new furnace efficiently and timely, while I stayed warm with their heater. Terrific customer service I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Great service, professional, timely and knowledgeable. We have an older home that did not have existing duct work, or a furnace. We had an old propane fired boiler, that was not vented properly and stopped working on us in the dead of winter. Cody and Ross were able to come look at our system and give recommendations on what would work with our home. A new furnace with all the duct work, a humidifier, and lines run for an AC unit in the future were done. Ross and his crew were excellent, they did not cut corners and did a quality job with our install. Our home gave a lot of challenges and the team found optimal solutions that did not compromise on the quality of the system. We are very happy with our furnace and the service provided by Valley Home Services. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Valley Home Services for any heating and cooling installs or maintenance. They provide a quality service that you can trust!

Fantastic service, had my old hot water tank replaced same day for less than i expected to pay. They were recommended to us, now I will recommend to others. Thanks again Ross!
