Nev's Heating & Cooling

Friday night. Late. And the tech came by. Diagnosed the issue. Then follow up to get it fixed was prompt. Nevin explains the issues throughly. They pay attention. Nothing negative to say. Just get the job done, and do it right. Period.

Just had a continental central air conditioning unit installed. The whole process from asking for a quote to installation was an easy experience. The installers were polite, respectful of property and professional in their work. We are pleased with Nev’s Heating and Cooling and would definitely recommend their services.

We would definitely recommend Nevs. Service is exceptional and communication is also great. Mike came out within an hour of receiving our call on a Sunday. He assessed our situation and a part had to be ordered. He was back first thing Tuesday morning and fan on furnace was fixed. It was during a heat wave and this affected our AC so we were very glad it was fixed so soon! Thanks Mike!

Recently had work done by Nev’s for my business in Petawawa. They came highly recommended from an electrician who has done work in our Clinic. I never had a poor interaction with any of their team. They were all very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about what would work best in our space. The work was done very quickly and we are incredibly happy! Would highly recommend them and will be reaching out if I ever need any work done in the future. If you’re looking for some heat or cooling installation, these are your guys! Thank you all so much!

Extremely disappointed in the service. I had water leaking from my furnace and while they did respond promptly to my call that is the best I can say for my experience. The technician came and without taking out a tool or even opening the furnace told me that I would require a new unit and my refrigerant was low. He then suggested that I wait until spring and join an Enercare maintenance plan, Tell them it was a new issue and get them to fix it. I was told they would send me a quote for the replacement as well. Later I decided to look into the issue myself and discovered that the Condensate line was simply plugged with some mineral scale. I blew it out and the problem never occurred again. I never received the estimate and I never received a bill. This all happened last September or early October. Then at the end of February I received a bill, and a week later a late charge. I emailed them to complain about the service... or lack there of. And the unbelievable suggestion to pass it off to another company. I know my employer would not appreciate if I ever told a customer to take the work to a competitor. I requested they clear the bill since nothing was fixed and no estimate was delivered. After no reply and no more bills I figured it was taken care of now today June 5th, I received another bill. I will never be calling them again. If they had fixed it I would say yes that was a silly easy repair but you knew what to do I'll pay. But as the saying goes you pay for their experience and knowing which screw to turn however no screw was turned, and I don't feel a $150+ service fee is justified.
